Pocahontas is a story of a native American woman who is a daughter of Powhatan, the chief of a native tribe in Virginia. During the discoveries of the New World, a group of English soldiers come to Virginia. The native people want to protect their land against foreigners. However both sides learn many things from each other. Pocahontas becomes a symbol of peace during this struggle. She falls in love with John Smith; however, John Smith does not want to marry Pocahontas, so she marries another English soldier, John Rolfe and goes to London. Her story becomes a legend.
